TERM OF OFFICE


All members of the Livingston Parish School Board shall serve for four-year concurrent terms. School Board members shall be elected at the same time as members of the United States Congress are elected to office.

The term of each member shall begin on January 1, following his election and expire on December 31, four (4) years later.
