The Livingston Parish School Board shall evaluate the Superintendent by standard criteria addressed in the job description, as well as other pre-enumerated criteria. Generally, the Superintendent shall be evaluated on a yearly basis based on observations of Board members. A post-evaluation conference with the Superintendent may be held in excecutive session, at his/her option. A copy of the evaluation results shall be given the Superintendent upon completion of the evaluation.
