The Livingston Parish School Board is committed to the wise use and planned management of energy resources to reduce energy costs without sacrificing reasonable comfort. Therefore, the Livingston Parish School Board shall authorize the Superintendent and staff to maintain a comprehensive energy management program that will conserve energy and maximize system resources. Guidelines for the energy management program are contained in the Energy Management Plan.
